Is the space pet friendly?
No, unfortunately our building is not pet-friendly.
The studios are compact and not ideal for pets, and there is also the occasional presence of small wild animals, such as lizards.
What is in the kitchen?
All our studios have a kitchenette with a two-burner electric stove, a minibar, pots and pans, a kettle, plates, glasses, cups and cutlery.
Although simple, the kitchen is well equipped so that you can enjoy your stay with maximum comfort!
Do you accept cash?
As we don't have a 24-hour reception, payment in cash is very limited. To check this possibility, please contact us by WhatsApp so we can analyze the case.
Do you offer breakfast?
No! As we are not a inn/hotel, but studios for rent, we don't offer some typical hotel services, such as breakfast and room service.
However, the neighborhood is full of good bakeries, coffee shops and restaurants.
Are the studios cleaned and bed linen changed during the stay?
No! As we are not a inn/hotel, but studios for rent, we have a small cleaning team that only cleans the studios before guests check in.
If you need extra cleaning or a change of bed and bath linen, you must request this individually and there may be additional fees.
Is there wi-fi in the studios?
Yes, all the studios, common areas and gardens have Wi-Fi.
Is there a parking lot?
Unfortunately, we don't have private parking. But the street is quite safe and there are always plenty of parking spots available.
How does check-in work?
For your convenience, we use a self check-in system, which means you can access the building independently, without having to wait for anyone.
After making your reservation, you’ll receive a message on WhatsApp and an email asking you to complete a check-in form before your arrival. There, you’ll need to provide your personal information and upload a photo of your face.
Once the form is completed, you’ll receive your check-in details on the day of your arrival and will be able to access the property through facial recognition.
