Residencial Avó Isaura - Single Studio

Cozy studios in a welcoming, family-run residential building, with pleasant gardens for relaxing, reading a book or working (wi-fi throughout the building). Just 3 blocks from the beach and the center of Canasvierias - a quiet but lively neighborhood with plenty of bars, restaurants, parties and supermarkets. It's also very close to the city's main beaches: Jurerê and Brava. For your convenience, we work with self check-in (you receive a password and enter the building on your own).

22m2 studios in a family-run residential building. The perfect mix of comfort and practicality, with Wi-Fi, air-conditioning and a private bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen is compact and functional, equipped with an electric stove, minibar and basic utensils such as crockery, pots and pans, cutlery, glasses, etc.

This studio category can accommodate a maximum of 1 person. When you check in, you'll be given a complete set of bed and bath linen (not to be taken to the beach). If you need to change your linen during your stay, you will be charged the cost of the laundry (R$5.00 per item).

We don't have a garage, but there are always plenty of parking spaces on the street and the area is very safe (even the neighbors leave their cars parked on the street instead of in their garages).

With your comfort and autonomy in mind, we have a 100% self check-in! As soon as your reservation is confirmed, you'll receive an email and WhatsApp message about your web check-in. As we don't have a reception or concierge, check-in will be done 100% online and in advance. Once completed, you will receive a confirmation email and message and access will be granted on the scheduled day and time of your entry.

Our check-in time is 2pm and our check-out time is 10am. The possibility of changing these times is subject to availability.

We love pets! But in order to maintain harmony and good relations, we only accept 1 small pet per studio and we ask that you take them for a walk outside so that they don't do their business in the studios and outside areas. In addition, they must always be accompanied and leashed, as wild animals such as lizards may appear on the property.

The location couldn't be better, just 350m away from the beach and the center of Canasvieiras, a neighborhood full of restaurants, stores, supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, currency exchange office, medical clinics and other conveniences for you to enjoy your vacation in comfort. The beach also has an excellent infrastructure for tourists and visitors, with boat trips to admire the Dolphin Bay, Frenchman's Island and Anhatomirim Island.

We want to be your home in Florianópolis! Our studios are cozy and equipped for your comfort! All of them have air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a compact kitchen with all the essentials you need to enjoy your time in the city.

The studios are equipped for your comfort and convenience! We also have a beautiful outdoor area with gardens, balconies and gazebos so you can enjoy a good time and relax! Furthermore, our entire space has Wi-Fi internet access.

We like to leave all guests free to enjoy the surroundings at their own convenience, but for this to be possible we have just a few basic rules:

• Do not leave garbage or personal belongings outside or in front of the studios;

• Pets are not allowed to go potty on the property or to roam around unaccompanied and without a leash (remember that many people may not like or be afraid of your pet);

• Quiet hours must be respected (between 10pm and 7am);

• No one other than guests may enter the building.

We strive for greater ease and comfort for our guests! That's why we're always looking for more agile processes that preserve everyone's autonomy and privacy! That's why we're not usually present at the Residencial, but we're always alert on WhatsApp to meet any demands.
