HOUSE RULES: • Please do not leave trash or personal belongings in outdoor areas or in front of the studios. • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. • For security reasons, entry is permitted only to properly registered guests.

SELF CHECK-IN: Our check-in process is fully automated and secure, carried out through a modern facial recognition system. After your reservation is confirmed, you will receive detailed instructions to complete the online check-in and, most importantly, the facial biometric registration. This registration is essential and mandatory to enable access via facial recognition and to enter the property. We kindly ask that this process be completed in advance, as we do not have a physical reception on site. This measure ensures your safety, a smooth arrival, and flexible entry at any time after the official check-in time.

Relax in our charming 22m² studios, designed to comfortably accommodate up to 2 guests. They are located in a quiet residential building, perfect for those seeking comfort, practicality, and an excellent base to explore Canasvieiras and the entire Island.

All studios offer Wi-Fi internet, air conditioning, and a private bathroom.

Our units are thoughtfully designed for your well-being, and each studio includes:

- KITCHEN: Compact and private, ideal for simple and quick meals. It is equipped with a two-burner electric cooktop, minibar fridge, and essential utensils such as dishes, 2 small pots, cutlery, and glasses.

- LINENS: For your convenience, we provide a complete set of bed and bath linens (sheets and towels) for exclusive use inside the studio.

- GARDENS: The property is surrounded by beautiful gardens, creating a serene and inviting space to relax, read a book, or enjoy a coffee or a drink after a day at the beach.

- PARKING: We do not offer private parking. However, the street has plenty of available spaces and the area is very safe and quiet.

- SELF CHECK-IN: After your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a message with instructions to complete online check-in and enable access via facial recognition.

SC-401 Highway, only 2 blocks away, provides quick and easy access to famous beaches such as Jurerê, Praia Brava, Lagoinha, Ingleses, Daniela, and Santo Antônio de Lisboa, as well as attractions like Dolphin Bay, French Island, and Anhatomirim Island.

* IMPORTANT: We have 24 studios at the same address. Décor and furniture layout may vary from the photos, but we guarantee that all units maintain the same size, comfort standards, amenities, and utensils.
